Barrel machining and fit is just a bit off, which is not okay on a premium revolver like this.

This would be a fine revolver, were it not for the fact that the barrel is just a tad clocked. In addition, the relief-cuts on the top are the rib are a little off-center. Not terribly, mind you... but more than I find acceptable on a premium-grade product. It will be going back to Colt at my earliest opportunity. I hope they fix it properly and don't try to tell me that it's "within specs" and to just fix it with sight adjustments.
