Of course I was apprehensive about buying this rifle at such a budget price over the summer. I had a few bucks laying around the home and said what the heck, ordered it, arrived and saddled up. So far it’s still firing like a dream with over 500 rounds thru it so far with no glitches other than a shabby aluminum mag that double fed at times. Zeroing it was easy with flip sights, added a red dot later that keeps its zero pretty tight. Like everyone ive added some additional features which look good. The magpul stock wasn’t that great as it was a bit loose, had no QD port. Overall for a budget rifle it’s on par in being a great rifle for the price. At the price don’t let it fool you, get one.

I am very pleased with this purchase. The rifle has been 100% reliable. I mounted a Sig Romeo 5 red dot and can hit steel at 300 yards from a rest. It is accurate, reliable, and easy to maintain. I highly recommend this rifle, especially at its price point.

Prepper Gun Shop provided an impeccable AM-15 to my FFL. The Anderson model B2-K869-A02 comes equipped with a Magpul MOE stock and MOE Grip. The stock is excellent, though attaching a sling requires threading it through the slot unless you opt for a special QD attachment. The grip suits me perfectly with its ideal angle and stippling, plus I appreciate the compartment on the bottom. And the stainless steel trigger is so nice. The free-floating M-Lok handrail remains a favorite of mine, keeping cool even after extensive shooting. I made sure to clean the action and lubricate the buffer tube before use. I also installed the Magpul ejection port dust cover and trigger guard. The trigger guard was essential for me due to the uncomfortable gap between it and the grip, which previously irritated my finger. The ejection port cover was purely a matter of personal preference. I have plans to upgrade the charging handle, BCG & flash hider soon, but not in any hurry. Additionally, I ordered a few Magpul magazines, which I’m also happy with. The rifle has flawlessly cycled through six different types of ammunition with no issues whatsoever. It required no modifications or adjustments to perform perfectly.
