I ordered this firearm on a Friday night. Prepper Gun Shop shipped the gun on Monday and I received it from my local FFL on Wednesday. I was amazed at how easy the process was and how quickly I received this gun. When I received it, I was expecting to get something that wasn't in the box. Not a deal breaker, but I informed Prepper and thought they would just ignore my request like many other companies. Then I received an email from Amy in customer support that said they would look into it and get back to me. I didn't hear anything for a while. Then Amy sent me an email stating that they ordered the part and were shipping it to me. I am so pleased to see a company follow up on this and do the right thing. I will definitely purchase from Prepper again and will tell others what great customer service I received. Thank you Prepper Gun Shop for for an awesome gun and even better service.
